3.3 Advance Payment: To confirm your order, you must make an advance payment of 200 BDT. This amount will be deducted from the total order value. If the advance payment is not made, the order will not be processed.

4. Payment

4.1 We accept Bkash and Nagud. Payments must be made in full or partial at the time of purchase, except for the advance payment mentioned in section 3.3.
4.2 If the payment (including the advance) is not received or is declined, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We offer delivery within Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and availability of the products.
5.2 Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and will be added to your order total.
5.3 We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
6.2 Product Exchange: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or it is damaged upon arrival, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product will be replaced with a new one, subject to availability.
6.3 Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as undergarments, cosmetics, and perishable goods, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
6.4 The cost of returning products (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

7. Cancellations

7.1 Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not been shipped yet.
7.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
7.3 Advance Payment Refund: In case of cancellation initiated by the customer, the advance payment of 200 BDT is non-refundable unless the order was canceled due to stock unavailability or other reasons on our end.
