1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
• A valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or invoice, must be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Undergarments, cosmetics, and other hygiene-sensitive products
• Perishable goods
• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Important Notes:

• The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Product Exchange

If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. We will replace the defective item with a new one, subject to availability. If the product is unavailable, you may choose a refund or a different item of equal value.

5. Advance Payment Refund

If you have paid an advance payment of 200 BDT to confirm your order and later decide to cancel it, please note the following:

• If the cancellation is initiated by the customer for reasons other than stock unavailability or errors on our part, the 200 BDT advance payment is non-refundable.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or any other issue, the advance payment will be fully refunded.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If the order is canceled after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
